In 2021, Accurate conducted research into the challenges facing businesses and their HR professionals as they addressed the need to manage a complete or partial digital workforce due to the pandemic. The survey was conducted by HR.com’s HR Research Institute on our behalf and represents input from 284 HR professionals across virtually all industry verticals with operations in the US.
The research generated several major findings. Here we focus on what we consider to be the Top 3—those with the most significant relevance for HR professionals as they continue to manage a digital workforce.
