Instant Employment Verification [IEV] through Konfir is an innovative solution designed to enhance traditional employment referencing by automating the verification of a candidate’s work history. Integrated seamlessly into Accurate’s screening process, Konfir allows Candidates to easily connect to trusted data sources of their choice upon completion of their screening form. 

We’ve implemented Konfir’s instant employment verification solution as part of our standard fulfilment. This means that we’ll use near instant employment verification where it is available for employment history based in the United Kingdom.

How Does Instant Employment Verification Work?

  • Candidate screening registered by Client via integration or Client Portal.
  • Candidate receives email from Accurate with link to Candidate Portal
  • Candidate completes any required Digital ID verification.
  • Candidate completes data entry via screening form.
  • Upon submission of form, the Candidate is invited to verify their activity via Konfir.
  • Candidate connects to 1, 2 or all 3 data sources via Konfir.
  • Upon completion, Konfir report is generated and sent to Accurate.
  • Screening cycle commences.
