Further, the Center for Disease Control (CDC) Interim Guidelines states that antibody tests “should not be used to make decisions about returning persons to the workplace.”

Any plan to test employees should be used to provide actionable information and as a part of a comprehensive return-to-work program. Keep in mind: the COVID-19 pandemic, and any related guidance from government agencies and public health authorities including the CDC and the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission, is dynamic and subject to change at any time.
