After the Pandemic: Rebuilding Your Team
Understand testing requirements
According to the Center for Disease Control (CDC), viral testing for SARS-CoV-2 (the virus that causes COVID-19) to determine if an employee has an active case of COVID-19 – when conducted in a timely manner – can be part of a workplace safety plan to determine a plan to stop the spread of the virus.
One of Accurate’s core tenets is ensuring we work in partnership with our clients to help them provide a safe work environment and mitigate risk throughout the employment screening and onboarding process. To this end, Accurate has partnered with CRL (Clinical Reference Laboratory) to offer a self-collected testing solution for determining COVID-19 status to help get employees safely back to work.
Benefits for employers
- Secure: Two-factor authentication process offers quick, secure access to results from any internet connected device.
- Convenient: No paper forms to fill out and return; no username or password to remember.
- Fast: Online access delivers faster result reporting than calling or receiving by mail.
- Flexible: Results are also reported back to employer via preferred setup.
Here’s How it Works:
Kit is registered via a mobile device.
Saliva sample is self-collected by employee.
Kit containing the saliva sample is returned using the prepaid shipping label.
Any plan to test employees should be used to provide actionable information and as a part of a comprehensive return-to-work program. Keep in mind: the COVID-19 pandemic, and any related guidance from government agencies and public health authorities including the CDC and the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission, is dynamic and subject to change at any time.
This test has not been FDA cleared or approved; This test has been authorized by the FDA under an EUA for use by Clinical Reference Laboratory, Inc. located in Lenexa, KS; This test has been authorized only for the detection of nucleic acid from SARS-CoV-2, not for any other viruses or pathogens; and This test is only authorized for the duration of the declaration that circumstances exist justifying the authorization of emergency use of in vitro diagnostics for detection and/or diagnosis of COVID-19 under Section 564(b)(1) of the Federal Food, Drug and Cosmetics Act, 21 U.S.C. § 360bbb-3(b)(1), unless the authorization is terminated or revoked sooner.
Hire the best talent
Bad hires are more than just financially damaging – they can also destabilize a healthy workforce and cause managers to lose focus from high-performing employees. Accurate delivers searches across social media platforms (and will report only high-confidence negative postings that comply with all privacy regulations). In addition, Accurate can explore beyond the addresses provided by the candidate to deliver extremely robust criminal searches.
Get up to speed quickly, and at scale
When business ramps up you need background screening that keeps up. Accurate streamlines the process with automated adjudication based upon client-defined hiring guidelines, batch uploads that quickly and easily process multiple requests at once, a mobile-friendly kiosk allowing applicants to provide all required screening information (eliminating the need for employers to send individualized invitations) and paperless processing of all required forms and notices.
And Accurate solutions like oral fluid drug testing deliver instant results via on-site collection. It takes only minutes and eliminates the need to use a third-party collection site.
Easy implementation and support when you need it
Accurate solutions integrate with a wide range of ATS platforms, so your hiring process is faster, more accurate and more efficient. Accurate’s cloud-based, mobile-enabled Form I-9 platform is 100% paperless – you can digitally capture, collect and store I-9 information with a few keystrokes – so mounds of paper turn into a smooth electronic workflow. Finally, Accurate’s U.S. based 24/7 multi-lingual customer support means help is always there for you and your candidates.
