Irvine, Calif., June 13th, 2016– Accurate Background announced today that industry veteran Bon Idziak has joined the company as Chief Compliance Officer to further advance the company’s compliant employment screening solutions. Bon has been a strong leader in the employment screening industry for more than 19 years in the areas of HR Technology, employment background checks and drug testing. Prior to joining Accurate Background, he was Head of Government Relations and Compliance at start-up Checkr. Bon also served as the CEO of Applicant Insight, a well-respected provider of background screening services since 1990. In addition to his professional experience, Bon is also a current Board Member for both NAPBS (National Association of Professional Background Screeners) and HR Open Standards Consortium, as well as immediate past president and current member of the Board of Directors for SAPAA (Substance Abuse Program Administrators Association). He is also a tenured and productive member of industry associations such as Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM), Drug and Alcohol Testing Industry Association (DATIA), American Transportation Association (ATA), Securities and Insurance Licensing Association (SILA), and American Society for Industrial Security (ASIS).
At Accurate Background, Bon will lead the teams responsible for compliance and government relations to further enhance the company’s already industry-leading compliant solutions. In an ever-changing regulatory landscape, Bon will be focused on reducing compliance risks for more than 9,000 clients of Accurate Background.
