Irvine, CA – October 5, 2020 – Accurate Background, a leading provider of compliant, background checks, drug and health screening and Form I-9 verifications, announced today new, additional resources available for its COVID-19 Program to help companies hire and thrive during the pandemic. Accurate’s COVID-19 Employer Resources Hub is a centralized online compendium of all the tools, resources and products available to support companies and their employees.

“This is a stressful time for companies as they navigate changes to their business processes during the COVID-19 pandemic, while making every effort to implement best practices to ensure the health and safety of their employees, customers, partners, families and their communities,” said Tim Dowd, CEO, Accurate. “One of our core tenets is ensuring we work in partnership with our clients to help them provide a safe work environment, and mitigate risk throughout the pre-employment screening and onboarding process. As we all navigate returning to the workplace, it will be paramount for companies to decrease the spread of COVID-19 and take steps to lower the potential impact to their workforce. At Accurate, we are here to support our clients’ businesses and are committed to releasing new tools and resources that continue to drive their safety and success.”

The Accurate COVID-19 Employer Resources Hub includes the most up-to-date tools, resources and products available to support companies, including legislative updates, articles, webinars, eBooks, tip sheets, in addition to relevant products and services.

As part of the program, Accurate is also making an Active RNA test available to screen for COVID-19. The test consists of three collection steps:

  1. Register – Kit is registered via a mobile device.
  2. Collect – Saliva sample is self-collected.
  3. Return – Kit containing the saliva sample is returned using the prepaid shipping label.
