Accurate Background has achieved 154-percent sales growth in the past three years – all while maintaining a 98.8% client satisfaction rate. To support its rapid growth, the company has extended its executive bench with the hiring of President Tim Dowd; Chief Product Officer Alek Zdziarski; and Chief Technology Officer Connie Suoo.

Dowd joins Accurate Background’s operating team after serving two years on the company’s board of directors. He has held executive operating roles and Board positions for industry leaders, such as ChoicePoint, USIS Commercial Division, and eScreen. Accurate Background also welcomes two seasoned technology and product executives:
- Alek Zdziarski, Chief Product Officer: Zdziarski brings 20 years of experience in SaaS, API and online products and services to the role of CPO. Formerly, he was CTO of mGage, a provider of mobile engagement platforms, API channels, and analytics. His cross-industry experiences will be key as Accurate Background deepens its enterprise offerings and model in the on-demand, sharing economy and mid-market sectors.
- Connie Suoo, Chief Technology Officer: Suoo brings 20 years of experience in technology innovation, online, and mobile application development to the role of CTO. She joins Accurate Background from LifeLock where she most recently led technical strategy, design, and development as SVP of Engineering. Her direct-to-consumer experience in online and mobile products and services will ensure Accurate Background remains at the cutting edge of the candidate experience.
