LabCorp and Quest each own and operate a network of Patient Services Centers (PSCs). LabCorp has 1135+ PSCs, while Quest operates 1220+ PSCs. CRL’s electronic network is at 2,900 and growing. Combining the LabCorp, Quest, CRL and eScreen networks together, Accurate offers employers the largest network of testing locations across the country.
You will view many of the same statuses you see today. There may be a few additional statuses, depending on the vendor. For example, In Transit to Lab, MRO Awaiting CCF, Sent to MRO.
eScreen MRO will continue to support eScreen scheduled tests. Any tests scheduled through CRL, LabCorp, or Quest will go through a new MRO company, Cynergy Wellness. Their Chief MRO is Dr. Kirk Roberts.

Absolutely! The expanded network will be available through these four partners.
You will be upgraded to our new scheduling platform where you will then be routed directly to eScreen. In doing this, you will not see our newly expanded clinic network.

Yes. Some services, like eCup+, can only be fulfilled by eScreen. eScreen’s eReader+ system is an eScreen proprietary product. For lab-based tests and other occupational health services that are supported by an alternate supplier, you will have the opportunity to schedule services through our new partners before being routed to eScreen.
Upon upgrade, new product names for all Drug and Health services will be visible in your packages. The new product name will be agnostic to the supplier being used to fulfill the service and will follow a simple, easy-to-understand format.

Keep up the good work.
